Originally from Seattle, Christine also has a serious love of snowboarding, swimming, and spending time with her husband and 3 dogs. If she’s not in a yoga class, you can find her helping out with her family business, as well as making and selling jewelry to sell at the Studio and for her Etsy shop.
Through seated guided meditation and exploration/play in Yoga Asana, we will move deeply into the core of the body.
Allow your body to deepen into the yoga poses by listening to your senses and the breath.
*We will have a 15-minute centering meditation followed by one hour of yoga asana.
All-levels (including brand-new beginners and advanced students), are welcome. This class is taught more in-line with the Iyengar tradition but is the unique and personal practice of the teacher. Students will learn how to apply yogic principles into their daily living while at the same time experiencing a 75-minute asana practice.
